NCFSO suffers from the scarsity of
local funding agencies. There is luck of core funding and
a reliable funding parteners. Most NCFSO's funds were
secured from Save the children-Norway, US and Canada
Embassies and CRDA (where
NCFSO is an associate memeber).
NCFSO commits itself to secure
sufficeint sources of fund through diversifying funding
sources as much as possible. The actions that are being
taken to fit to this objective are :-
Contact all protential
donors through preparing appropriate project
proposals in line with NCFSO mission.
Identify core funding
agencies
Develop allternative source
of funding
Involve board members in
fund raising programmes
Prepare documents through
which core budget for a defined period of time
solicated/ sought
Increase networking with a
view of finding a core funder

A CHILD
Today
we are asking you to join our family and to hold out a
helping hand to a child who urgently needs it.
You
can do this now, by agreeing to sponsor a child.
It
costs no more than $30 a month. To most peopl , that's an
affordable amount. But to a child and family in poor
village, it can be a dream come true.
Your
sponsorship can give them some of the things that we take
for granted in this country, such as an opportunity to go
to school. It can give their families the chance to learn
basic skills and health care. And it can start their
communities on the long and gradual process of raising
their living standerds.
Because
you are sponsoring youngsters, you'll have the joy of
seeing the difference your help makes. You'll see your
sponsored child growing up-learning, developing and
gaining in strength and confidence over the years-
throught letters, photographs and regular progress
reports.

NCFSO belives that your
help can be a dream come true to the disadvantage
children and their families. It can give them the
chance to learn basic skills and health care. And
it can start their communities, on the long run,
and gradual process of raising their living  standards.
NCFSO will help you help
